Having worked closely with her father, Danny, through every tax season for nearly two decades, Stacy was personally mentored to lead Danny’s Income Tax Service into the future. While many people can prepare a tax return, Stacy is an Enrolled Agent (EA)- the highest credential the IRS awards to tax professionals. Unlike many other tax preparers, an Enrolled Agent is federally authorized to represent taxpayers at all administrative levels of the IRS, including audits, collections, and appeals.

Unlimited Representation Rights: Because Stacy is an EA, she has "unlimited practice rights." This means she can represent any taxpayer on any tax matter before any IRS office in all 50 states.

In 1996, Danny Trevino opened the doors to Danny’s Income Tax Service with a simple philosophy: master the tax code and treat every client like family. Known for his sharp technical mind and an infectious laugh that could fill a room, Danny built more than a business- he built a community.

Before his passing in 2021, Danny spent years mentoring his daughter, Stacy, passing down decades of complex tax knowledge and his signature creative approach to problem-solving. Today, Stacy proudly carries the torch. While Danny is greatly missed, his spirit and high standard of service, remains the heartbeat of everything we do.
